Vendors’ Terms and Conditions

These Vendor Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the All Day Bae platform (“Platform”), operated by All Day Bae. By registering as a vendor, you agree to the following terms:
1. Vendor Eligibility
- Be 21 years of age or older.
- Operate a legally registered business (if required in your location).
- Provide accurate business and banking information during onboarding.
- Successfully complete the vendor verification process.
2. Vendor Membership
All approved vendors agree to a $50/month membership fee, which grants:
- Full access to customer booking requests.
- A vendor dashboard to manage services.
- Priority placement in listings.
- Access to vendor-only promotions and features.
Your membership will auto-renew monthly unless canceled.
3. Commission Fee
A 12% commission will be deducted from each booking transaction made through the Platform.
4. Platform Payment Policy
To protect the integrity of our platform and ensure a secure experience for customers and vendors:
- All transactions must be completed through the All Day Bae platform.
- Accepting or requesting payment outside of the platform (such as through direct cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or similar services) is strictly prohibited.
Violating this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of your vendor account.
- Loss of pending payouts.
- Permanent ban from participating on the platform.
This policy ensures accurate tracking, protects against fraud, and allows us to support disputes or refunds fairly.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- Respond to booking requests within 24–48 hours.
- Arrive on time and deliver the agreed-upon services.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold service quality.
- Update availability, pricing, and service details regularly.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking:
- The customer will receive a full refund.
- The vendor will receive a warning or penalty depending on the frequency of cancellations.
- Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension or removal.
7. Dispute Resolution
All Day Bae may intervene in disputes between customers and vendors but is not obligated to do so. We encourage all parties to communicate professionally and resolve conflicts respectfully.
8. Platform Conduct
Vendors must not accept cash or payments off-platform. Violations may result in removal without refund of fees.
