1. Platform Overview

All Day Bae is a celebration platform designed to help women book and customize birthday experiences by connecting with a curated network of vendors. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

2. Customer Membership

• Monthly membership: $14.99/month
• Transaction fee: 4% per booking
• Membership includes access to exclusive vendors, premium packages, and surprise gifting options.
• You may also book without a membership; however, member perks will not apply.

3. Booking Terms

• All bookings are confirmed via email and within your account dashboard.
• Bookings must be made through the All Day Bae platform to qualify for support and protections.

4. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, vendors have the right to cancel the appointment without a refund.
• Vendors may still serve you if they choose, but services may be shortened to stay within the scheduled timeframe.
• If you do not show up for your appointment without contacting the vendor in advance, you will be charged the full amount with no refund issued.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available if the vendor cancels the appointment or fails to show.
• Late arrivals and no-shows are non-refundable.
• All disputes must be submitted through your account within 48 hours of the appointment.

6. Account Conduct

• You must be respectful to vendors and follow their service policies.
• Abuse, harassment, or attempts to pay vendors outside the platform may result in immediate account termination.
